One of Canada's leading research-intensive universities, the University of Victoria is located on the British Columbia coast. Established in 1903 as the Victoria College in affiliation to McGill University, the institute became a degree-granting University in 1963. It is one of the oldest post-secondary institutions in British Columbia. Macleans's magazine has rated University of Victoria as one of the top comprehensive universities in Canada. The university offers more than 80 undergraduate programs and 160 graduate programs. It is also known for having one of the largest co-operative programs in Canada. University of Victoria has a beautiful campus located in Saanich.

Admission Requirements for Indian Students:

75% marks in CBSE/ICSE 12th Board Exam.
Conditional admission may be made by the University if the student achieves 80% or higher in 10th Boards.
Depending on the program taken, Math, Physics and Chemistry may be required. -
English Language Proficiency: Proof of language can be demonstrated through academic studies, English language proficiency tests or programs offered by the University's English Language Centre.
